A: NL Prestige is a web application for NL’s investors. It allows you to view your currency balances under NL’s management and its related transaction. It also allows you an overview of your investments.

Q: What are the security features of NL Prestige?

A: Our robust backup and recovery system ensures that your data is regularly and automatically backed up, so you never have to worry about losing critical information. In addition, we take security seriously by implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which adds an extra layer of protection to your account, making it incredibly difficult for unauthorized access. To further fortify the security of NL Prestige, we conduct routine security penetration tests to identify and rectify vulnerabilities, ensuring that your data remains safe and confidential. Your trust in our application\’s data backup and security is our top priority.

Q: Which platforms support the use of NL Prestige?

A: NL Prestige is designed for both desktop (Windows and Mac compatible) and mobile use (Android and IOS compatible). Should you encounter trouble loading NL Prestige, kindly clear your browsing history and cache before trying again. Should the problem persists, you can contact our IT helpdesk for assistance.

Q: What should I do if I should forget my user ID or password?

A: Click on “FORGOT PASSWORD” found on log in page. Enter your email address associated with your account. Password reset instructions will be emailed to you.

Q: What should I do if I should forget the email address associated with my account?

A: You can either contact our customer service officers or your account manager.

Q: Why are my latest transactions not reflected in NL Prestige?

A: It typically takes 1-2 business days from the time transactional data is furnished to your account manager for such data to be reflected in your NL Prestige account log in. A longer turnaround time may be required should number of transactions or data size be bigger than usual. You can either contact our customer service officers or your account manager if you still do not see your latest transactional data after the usual turnaround time.

Q: Are the exchange rates in NL Prestige real-time?

A: NL Prestige uses daily internationally accepted exchange rates. Rates are refreshed daily at 11am Singapore/Malaysia time (GMT +8).
